Texas Real Estate Commission Consumer Protection Notice

Heather Moore is licensed as a Real Estate Sales Agent in the State of Texas by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).

TREC administers two recovery funds which may be used to satisfy a civil court judgment against a Texas real estate licensee who has acted fraudulently, misrepresented a material fact, violated the Real Estate License Act, or breached a fiduciary duty.
